I'm looking to lead people strategy, HRIS transformation, and scalable HR operations where I can partner with leadership, improve employee experience, and use workforce data to drive measurable organizational outcomes.

I've led HR strategy and operations at Punjab Information Technology Board, partnering with government leadership across 36 districts and supporting a workforce of 25,000+ sanitation workers.

I spearheaded HRIS deployment across 150+ local government units and served as Lead HR Business Partner for recruitment, payroll, compensation, and employee lifecycle processes. I also delivered KPI dashboards that enabled data-driven decisions on attendance, compliance, and workforce efficiency.

Across PITB, LUMS, Design & Engineering System, and Mobilink GSM (Jazz), I've improved recruitment cycles, processed financial aid applications with full compliance, supported employee relations, and trained hundreds of employees and agents.
