I’m looking to lead client success and delivery end-to-end—owning project execution, resource planning, and process excellence while improving retention through consultative, cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a results-driven operations, project management, and account management leader with 13+ years of experience delivering web, mobile app, and digital transformation projects. I focus on project delivery, stakeholder management, client success, operational excellence, and continuous process optimization. I’m currently Head of Account Executives at Inventocube, leading end-to-end execution, client relationships, resource planning, and business operations.

In my current role, I lead multiple business units and oversee project lifecycles to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and strong client satisfaction. I own complex client escalations, coordinate delivery teams to resolve issues, and keep communication clear and aligned across clients and internal teams. I also support revenue growth through consultative selling and long-term relationship management to drive retention.

Previously, as Head of Support at Blink Digitally / Avancera Solutions, I served as the primary contact for client communications, project updates, and issue resolution. I reduced churn by implementing a feedback loop between clients and technical developers, and I bridged sales and production to exceed client expectations. Earlier, I managed international client accounts as a Senior Project Manager and led mobile app delivery work as a Senior Project Manager, ensuring transparency, performance monitoring, and consultative delivery.
