I began my banking career as a Digital Champion intern and progressed to roles handling core branch transactions and digital support.

At United Bank for Africa I processed customer transactions with accuracy and compliance, managed ATM loading and reconciliation, and assisted customers with account issues and digital banking services. I also completed a relief assignment at Access Bank supporting daily teller operations and maintaining service standards.
