I’m results oriented and customer centric, with experience in customer care and banking operations where speed and accuracy matter. I focus on attending to customers effectively and efficiently, especially in high-paced, sometimes stressful environments.

I built strong financial operations experience through roles at Sterling Bank Plc, including EPay officer work where I processed transactions directly with the Lagos State official and Alpha beta. I later moved into tellering and ATM custodian responsibilities, evacuating and loading cash, clearing errors, and ensuring ATMs were running perfectly.

In fund transfer work, I transferred customer funds using NIBSS, eBills, RTGS, and Novel trade, while also handling inward and outward cheques. I also used Trade monitoring portal TMP for dollar transactions tied to PTA and BTA transactions.

Across these responsibilities, end of month balancing and reconciliation were essential. I handled posting and balancing, supported branch balancing through a unified account, and maintained vault key custodian responsibilities—always aiming to provide top notch service and proactive problem-solving.
