I’m looking for a growth/performance leadership role with P&L ownership and transformation scope, where I can design the growth engine (pricing, acquisition, product), deploy BI/AI systems, and drive profitability through turbulence.

I’m a performance & growth executive with 15 years scaling businesses from launch or disorder across mobility, fintech, agritech supply chains, and FMCG. My through-line is building growth strategy, structuring the organization, and driving the P&L to profitability—even through pricing crises, restructurings, and unstable regulatory environments.

As Director, CEO Office at YoLa Fresh, I built a full growth engine from $0 to $900K+/mo revenue, improving contribution margin from negative to +$110/Tonne. I run end-to-end operating systems (forecast, replenishment, inventory, quality, CX, pricing) with a KPI tree and weekly rituals, and I lead data & AI architecture using BI deployment, a forecasting engine, and LLM agents for automation.

Previously, I owned full country P&L at TapTap Send, tripling market share in 6 months and negotiating/deploying instant bank transfer via Attijariwafa Bank. At Careem, I scaled demand with pricing, incentives, and a growth engine (1.5× users) and built marketing, CX, and acquisition as the first marketing hire; earlier, I combined marketing leadership with product and capability enhancement across major brands. I also coach founders with 212 Founders.
