I am a Japanese-English bilingual professional with extensive experience in customer support, content moderation, translation, and production coordination. I leverage strong language skills and cross-cultural experience gained from living in Japan and working closely with Japanese expatriates.

Over six years at Malaysia Sarawak Taiyo Yuden I served as a Japanese⇔English Translator and Production Senior Coordinator, supporting Japanese advisors, performing production data analysis, reporting, and assisting with system implementations.

More recently I worked in trust & safety and customer support roles for global service providers including Accenture, 5CA, Tech Mahindra, and Sutherland, handling high-volume Japanese and English communications, moderation of user-generated content, and reservation/support services for Hilton Japan.
