I am a Trust & Safety Associate and IT support professional with hands-on experience moderating content for the Japanese market and resolving technical incidents for Japan-based users. I bring practical knowledge in content classification, client policy adherence, and SLA-driven customer support.

At Accenture I supported Japanese-market content moderation, participated in process-improvement initiatives, and maintained up-to-date knowledge of client guidelines. Previously, as an MS Engineer L1 at NTT MSC I handled inquiry tickets, provided troubleshooting via email, call and remote support, and prepared incident reports to streamline operations.

I hold a Diploma in Electrical & Information Engineering from Japan National Institute of Technology and have completed a Japanese language preparatory programme. I have project experience applying machine learning to translate images to audio spectrograms and hold language proficiency and innovation awards that reflect my technical and cross-cultural strengths.
