What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging HR Operations or HR Shared Services role where I can own end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management, strengthen HR documentation and MIS reporting, and help improve employee experience through organized, data-driven support.

I’m an HR professional focused on HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Lifecycle Management across IT and Non-IT domains. I coordinate onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, interviews, stakeholder communication, and offer-related activities to keep employee experiences smooth and consistent.

In my current role as an HR Executive, I manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain employee records and HR MIS data, respond to employee queries, and support HR operational needs. I also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment and lifecycle processes run efficiently.

Previously as an HR trainee in IT recruitment, I handled sourcing from LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed, screened candidates, and coordinated structured interviews and technical assessments. I also recruited for multiple government client requirements and supported the DFSL project by recruiting and onboarding 1,100+ candidates, coordinating interview line-ups, running weekly training for new hires, managing offer rollouts, and conducting employee exit interviews.
