At Collabera Talent Solutions, I built the U.S. federal STEM OPT compliance program from scratch, cutting case completion time by 30% while maintaining zero compliance violations. I manage 10–25 STEM OPT cases monthly and coordinate stakeholders across Delivery, Immigration, Operations, and Employee Relations.
