What I'm looking for

I'm open to collaboration on innovation, business tracking, accelerator programs, and projects that help people turn ideas into measurable action.

I've built innovation systems at East Siberian Railway (RZD) and Gazprom Dobycha Irkutsk, turning employee and student ideas into implemented projects. At RZD, I founded the Innovation Development Center and led 50+ innovation projects to implementation, including six student projects deployed into production.

As a business tracker, I support student teams from idea generation through pilots with real clients, using SMART goals, HADI cycles, CustDev interviews, market analysis, business-model testing, and unit economics. I don't give advice—I ask the questions that make teams act and stay connected to the market.

I'm now building a business tracker for teenagers so young people can learn to set goals, test hypotheses, and turn ideas into results now.
