I have 20+ years of experience coordinating industrial and energy equipment projects, from technical requirements and contracts through procurement, production, logistics and delivery. I work with customers, engineers, manufacturers and design organisations to keep schedules, budgets, risks and technical documentation under control.

At SMU-18 and Engineering and Technical Center, I increased annual revenue by 37% in 2024. At EnergoMash, I helped bring a loss-making production unit to break-even in its first year and to 32% profitability in the following year. At Metal Structures Plant, capacity-based planning reduced contracts with missed delivery dates from 85% to 13%; I also implemented production-planning and WIP management-accounting systems.

I use advanced Microsoft Excel for planning, project tracking, cost analysis and operational reporting. I hold the Google Project Management Professional Certificate and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification.

I am now targeting project coordination, implementation and operations roles in technology-enabled B2B, industrial and energy companies. This is a transition into implementation roles, building on my industrial delivery experience. Based in Oviedo, Spain, I am available immediately for remote roles and B2B/contract engagements. I am also open to relocation with employer visa sponsorship.
