I'm building end-to-end data analytics projects across NHS satisfaction, customer churn, and restaurant spending, turning raw datasets into clear findings and recommendations.

In my NHS Satisfaction Analysis using the British Social Attitudes Survey, I analysed 3,307 respondents using R, t-tests, Chi-square tests, linear regression, and diagnostic testing to produce policy-relevant conclusions. For restaurant spending analysis, I used Python, pandas, SciPy, and statsmodels to show that party size significantly predicted total bill value.

My IBM Data Analytics Professional Certificate complements my BSc studies in Social Sciences with Data Science at UCL, where I focus on quantitative methods, statistical analysis, research methods, and data visualisation.

I've also coordinated technology-focused operations, digital projects, recruitment workflows, and international stakeholder communication, bringing organised delivery and clear communication to analytical work.
