I'm transitioning into data analytics after four years supporting operations, reporting, and senior stakeholders at Intertek Minerals and Intertek Ghana. I turn complex operational and financial information into clear reports, structured data summaries, and business-focused recommendations.

During my MSc in Information Technology with Data Analytics, I built a Python-based workload imbalance detection system using historical IT support-ticket data. I extracted, cleaned, transformed, and validated data, then created an interactive dashboard to visualise workload distribution, ticket backlogs, and team performance.

I've also completed Deloitte Australia's Data Analytics Job Simulation, built a Tableau dashboard, used Excel to draw business conclusions, and collaborated on digital transformation proposals and mobile application development.
