Your role:
Be at the forefront of bringing Agentic AI to risk: automating compliance, streamlining reviews, and transforming how enterprises manage third-party and regulatory risk at scale.
As a Solutions Consultant - AI Agents for TPRM you will partner closely with enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize AI agents that automate risk and compliance workflows—such as TPRM, DORA, GDPR, and InfoSec reviews. You'll act as a strategic advisor and technical builder, enabling customers to reduce risk, accelerate vendor approvals, and enforce policy with automation.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement, solution design, and AI-driven risk automation.
What You'll Do
Design & Build AI Agents: Partner with customers to understand risk, compliance, and third-party review workflows and build AI agents that streamline these complex processes.
Own End-to-End Implementation: Lead onboarding and deployment of risk-focused agents, managing intake, requirements, configuration, and success criteria.
Customer Strategy Partner: Advise on best practices for automating risk controls and policy enforcement, and help drive broader adoption of AI within governance processes.
Feedback Loop into Product: Capture insights from deployments to influence agent behavior, risk policy templates, and product roadmap priorities.
Stakeholder Enablement: Deliver documentation, training, and change management support to enable InfoSec, Privacy, and Risk teams to self-manage their AI agents.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work across product, engineering, customer success, and sales to ensure successful deployments and customer value delivery.
Agent Platform Innovation: Shape the future of Zip’s risk automation strategy through real-world use cases and enterprise feedback.
You May Be a Great Fit If You Have:
4+ years of experience implementing risk tools (ie. Coupa TPRM, Archer, OneTrust, Venminder etc.)
Strong technical curiosity and the ability to understand how AI agents interact with enterprise risk workflows.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with InfoSec, Privacy, Compliance and Legal leaders.
Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes independently.
Bonus: Hands-on experience with enterprise risk/compliance tools or frameworks (e.g., TPRM, SIG, DORA, GDPR).
Bonus: CS, Engineering, or Math degree—or equivalent technical fluency.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 OTE. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
