Our client is a US-based SaaS company specializing in supply chain, logistics, and reverse logistics solutions for enterprise retail and manufacturing organizations. They operate in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented revenue environment and require executive-level engagement across mid-to-upper management personas.
Position Overview:
This is an enterprise outbound SDR position, not a call-center role. We are seeking a highly motivated, performance-driven Senior SDR to execute account-based prospecting targeting $250M+ revenue companies in retail and manufacturing verticals. This role requires executive-level communication skills, data discipline, and the ability to engage Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders credibly.
Account-Based Outbound Prospecting
Build and manage targeted account lists (~1,000 accounts within defined ICP)
Execute high-volume, personalized outreach across multiple personas within each account
Engage Director+ level stakeholders through phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and voice outreach
Maintain consistent activity levels across CET through PST time zones
Drive continuous multi-threaded outreach within target accounts
Meeting Generation & Performance
Minimum 4 qualified meetings per month (performance expectation)
200+ outbound activities per day, including:
Personalized 1:1 emails with video and voice outreach
Phone calls to executive-level contacts
LinkedIn outreach and engagement
Qualify and schedule meetings with Director+ contacts at companies meeting ICP criteria
Log all meetings accurately in CRM
Multiple meetings within the same account (different stakeholders) count individually
Data Ownership & CRM Hygiene
Build and validate account and contact lists independently
Enrich each contact and company at every touchpoint
Update CRM records continuously with accurate data
Ensure title accuracy, revenue validation, and vertical alignment
Maintain clean and structured HubSpot records
Data accuracy is a performance expectation, not an administrative afterthought
Executive-Level Communication
Call into Director, VP, and C-suite roles with confidence
Speak credibly about supply chain, operations, ecommerce, and reverse logistics
Handle objections professionally at an enterprise standard
Represent the company with executive presence
Tool Stack Utilization
SDRs will actively use:
HubSpot (CRM & activity logging)
ZoomInfo
Seamless
Microsoft 365 Suite
Clari Copilot (call review & quality monitoring)
Loom
LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) for research and personalization
Comfort with AI tools to increase personalization quality and efficiency is required.
Requirements
2+ years of outbound B2B SDR experience (required)
Proven success in outbound meeting generation targeting enterprise or upper mid-market accounts
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) or enterprise outbound motions
Strong CRM discipline and data accuracy standards
Native-level English fluency (required)
