Requirements
- + 8 years of Sales Management / Business Development /Commercial Lead or equivalent.
- Proven track record in Leadership.
- Relevant experience in automotive (dealer, nsc or OEM HQ).
- Business driven and customer centric.
- Ability to lead an organization in complex structures.
- Agile and flexible.
- Ability to read a market, understand business trends and translate it into commercial tactics and strategy.
