Requirements
- 4+ years of HRBP experience
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages
- Proven track record of experience in HRBP or related domains
- Strategic thinking and ability to align talent strategy with business strategy
- In-depth practical knowledge of core HR processes
- Change management and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Business acumen and understanding of organizational development principles
