Welltech is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Lead to own and scale early customer experience across their suite of apps and geographies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or CRM roles, a deep understanding of onboarding and activation strategies, and expertise in mobile-first engagement channels.
Requirements
- Proven track record in lifecycle or CRM roles at app-first or mobile-centric businesses
- Deep understanding of onboarding, activation, engagement, and early retention strategies
- Strong ability to interpret customer behavior data and leverage tools like CDPs, analytics platforms, and marketing automation
- Expertise in mobile-first engagement channels (push, in-app, email, SMS and WhatsApp)
- Hands-on experience configuring, operating, and optimizing campaigns in leading marketing automation platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior conversations and align diverse teams around customer engagement priorities
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, testing, and iteration
