Welltech is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Lead to own and scale our early customer experience across our suite of apps and across key geographies like US, LATAM and EU.
Requirements
- App Experience: Proven track record ideally 5+ years in lifecycle or CRM roles at app-first or mobile-centric businesses.
- Deep understanding of onboarding, activation, engagement, and early retention strategies.
- Strong ability to interpret customer behavior data, apply insights, and leverage tools like CDPs, analytics platforms, and marketing automation.
- Expertise in mobile-first engagement channels (push, in-app, email, SMS and what’s app).
- Direct experience configuring, operating, and optimizing campaigns in leading marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior conversations and align diverse teams around customer engagement priorities.
- Able to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, testing, and iteration.
