The steps and processes should be clearly defined so that an agent would be able to replicate the desired end result. The goal is to automate complete workflows and provide measurable success metrics for each.

Requirements

• 5-10 Non-Software Specialized Tasks
• 5-10 Specialized Software Tasks
• Ability to define task type, short purpose/description, build milestones, actual specification, any input data/context/artifacts, non-specialized software required, and difficulty level
• Knowledge of industry-specific or specialized software
• Ability to assign difficulty score from list below
• Understanding of task type categories (team management, customer interaction, knowledge management, quality assurance, performance analysis, cross-functional coordination)
• Understanding of software used (customer service platforms, communication tools, knowledge management software, workforce management systems, analytics platforms)
