Typescouts is a headhunting agency helping businesses hire Filipino and South American talent. We help both sides of the equation: companies in America hire remote talent at a lower cost than locally, and Filipino/South American talent gets paired with a pre-vetted company with a well paying, remote job.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking motivated and experienced freelance recruiters to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment across multiple sectors, excellent interviewing skills in English, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Study and understand job roles and client companies in depth.

• Inbound and outbound sourcing to attract top talent.

• Conducting initial screening interviews in English.

• Utilize Ashby (ATS) to manage candidates and keep the system organized, following Typescouts’ recruitment process diligently.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition.

• Strong interviewing skills.

• English skills (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby).

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
