Philippines only- Process and record accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure alignment of financial records.
- Perform payment allocation.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of journal entries.
- Complete account reconciliations and ensure all balances are accurate and up to date.
- Support the finance team during the month-end close process.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure documentation is compliant with company policies.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and audits as required.
- Undertake other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as directed by the Finance Manager or CFO.
- Other role-specific duties as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a focus on accounts payable and reconciliations.
- Sound understanding of general accounting principles and month-end processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
