The Opportunity

As a Global Trainer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in the professional journey of our new and existing Tridge Members. Your primary mission is to not only enhance their skills for successful role execution but also to foster their seamless integration into our organizational culture.

In their first week, you will be the guiding light for our new hires, introducing them to our company’s core values and strategic vision, ensuring they start their journey on the right foot. Your influence in these early days is crucial in setting the tone for their future at the company. As a Global Trainer, you are tasked with rolling out targeted job onboarding programs for new hires and crafting role-specific training to boost key competencies. Your role involves creating and executing training initiatives that prepare team members for success, ensuring they are equipped to make immediate contributions.

Beyond the initial phase, you will work as a dedicated Go-To-Person, providing ongoing support and ensuring each member's smooth transition into their roles. Regular check-ins with the team members will be essential to identify any areas where they might need additional support or to address any organizational needs.

What we trust you to do

  • Implementing job onboarding programs for new employees (HQ/Global).
  • Identifying and manualising aspects for enhancing sales competencies in terms of knowledge, skills, and processes to optimize sales materials.
  • Preparing for sales training and developing training materials.
  • Operating coaching and upskilling programs to enhance employees' job competencies.
  • Collecting feedback from trainees and discussing improvements.
  • Embed a culture of best practice and excellence.
  • Having regular meetings with the Global members to identify the needs.

What you need to succeed

  • Degree or Diploma in Employment Services; preferred but not essential
  • Relevant industry experience (SaaS, tech, start-up, or scale-up)
  • Experience +3 years in a sales enablement or sales leadership capacity, with knowledge of B2B sales and/or sales training
  • Exceptional level verbal and written communication skills and Interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems
  • Able to create learning material (PPT, Video, Doc.. etc )

  • Individuals with a high understanding of various industries/jobs and quick learners.
  • Statistical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous requests and prioritize them for execution.
  • Individuals who approach problems in a structured manner.
  • Individuals with excellent self-direction.
