IT Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Lead to own and oversee the company’s full technology environment. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for infrastructure stability, security, system performance, vendor coordination, and critical issue resolution.

Core Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Network

• Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure and network stability.
• Coordinate with Lanworks on firewall, servers, and infrastructure issues.
• Ensure system security, uptime, and performance.

Server & Systems

• Serve as Domain Controller Administrator.
• Manage File Server, Database Server, and Remote Desktop environment.
• Maintain virtual server environment and system availability.

Microsoft 365 & Collaboration

• Administer Microsoft 365 users, licenses, and SharePoint.
• Coordinate licensing with IT Weapons Inc.

Applications & Internal Systems

• Oversee MedaPlus and Bos+ system performance.
• Support ongoing C# development and legacy Visual FoxPro components.
• Ensure immediate resolution of business-critical issues.

Telecommunications & Office Systems

• Oversee telecom systems and vendor coordination (Konica Minolta).
• Ensure all office hardware and services remain operational.

Technical Escalation

• Act as final escalation point for complex or high-impact issues.
• Lead incident response during business hours.

IT Onboarding & Offboarding

• Oversee secure setup and removal of user accounts, devices, and access.
• Maintain documented access control procedures.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years managing IT infrastructure in an organization of comparable complexity.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Network and server administration
• Virtualized server environments
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Firewall configuration and security management
• Proven coding and programming experience, including C#. (required)
• Experience supporting legacy systems in live production environments.
• Strong vendor management and coordination experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with clear, precise communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to make independent technical decisions and lead system governance.
