Philippines onlyRemoteVA PH is hiring a highly technical IT Professional to support clients with Microsoft Admin Portals, VOIP systems, and Windows-based environments. This role demands strong hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Admin Portals (users, licenses, security policies)
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems and call routing
- Support and maintain Windows systems including user accounts, remote access, and patching
- Provide Tier 1-2 support and incident resolution
- Document processes and technical procedures
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or support
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Admin Portals and Windows environments
- Working knowledge of VOIP systems (setup, call flow, SIP configuration, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Schedule: Part-time, 9 AM – 1 PM EST (9 PM – 1 AM PH Time) – Subject to change
Compensation: USD 600–650 per month
