Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, process mapping, root cause analysis) to improve operational efficiency
- Identify process gaps, eliminate waste, and implement scalable solutions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Track KPIs and ensure projects meet quality, cost, and performance targets
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (any belt required)
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of process improvement tools and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
