Philippines onlyWe are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support our core accounting operations. This role will focus primarily on bookkeeping and financial data entry, with opportunities to grow into broader administrative and operational responsibilities over time.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working closely with leadership in a trust-based, non-micromanaged environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Enter and categorize transactions from bank feeds and manual sources
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Support payroll-related entries and documentation
- Work with spreadsheets (Excel) for financial tracking and reporting
- Assist with data organization and light financial analysis
- Communicate clearly and ask questions when clarification is needed
- Gradually take on additional administrative or operational tasks as trust and familiarity grow
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
- Strong bookkeeping and financial data entry background
- Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable following structured processes and documentation
- Strong written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the firm’s workflows
Nice to Have
- CPA or advanced bookkeeping background
- Experience supporting accounting firms or professional services businesses
- Exposure to payroll processing
- Experience working with US-based clients or firms
