We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
- Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting specific to the medical insurance industry.
- Prepare financial statements and documents for internal and external use.
- Manage email and correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive meetings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, and research matters.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve efficiency and overall office administration.
- Handle special projects and additional duties as required by the executives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Administrative support and Bookkeeping.
- Minimum of 2 years of working remotely and handling US clients.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
