Virtual Bookkeeping Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Bookkeeping Assistant with solid experience in accounting and bookkeeping. This role requires strong proficiency in QuickBooks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our financial records and supporting our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular bank reconciliations in QuickBooks
• Maintain and update accurate financial records
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
• Generate and review financial reports
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle general administrative tasks as needed
• Organize and manage financial documents in Google Drive or similar platforms
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates

Requirements

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation processes
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Virtual Assistant (VA)
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, etc.
• Knowledge of U.S. accounting standards is a plus

Benefits

• SALARY - Php 50,000 per month

• TYPE OF WORK - FULL TIME (REMOTE), 40 HRS PER WEEK (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
