Demand Generation Marketing Specialist reports to: Director of Business Development & B2B Marketing
Job Description:
The Growth Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and marketing efforts for The Muse Group. Reporting to the Director of Business Development & B2B Marketing, this position is responsible for executing strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, with a primary focus on outbound email marketing, social media lead gen campaigns, and developing and optimizing prospecting sequences. The ideal candidate will also have experience building lead lists and account-based marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate possesses a blend of creative thinking, project management skills, adaptability, and strong oral and written communication abilities to effectively engage with cross-functional stakeholders, and has a proven track record of creating and executing multichannel marketing campaigns. The Growth Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist will collaborate with new business sales, account management, content, and product to develop strategies to directly contribute to company pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, write, and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, drive customer retention and upsells, and promote company initiatives.-Create and manage prospecting sequences, in partnership with new business sales, to engage potential customers.-Brainstorm concepts for social media campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn, aimed at driving lead generation and brand awareness amongst target B2B audiences.-Analyze campaign performance concerning leading indicators (CTR, CPL, etc.) and lagging indicators (SQLs, Closed Won) with a focus on revenue growth and ROI.-Proficiently use HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong Engage (outbound sales prospecting), Google Slides, Wordpress, Amplemarket, Looker, and other relevant tools to execute marketing campaigns and track performance metrics.-Contribute to weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting to demonstrate campaign success.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree.-Minimum of 3 years of agency or in-house marketing experience.-A self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills, comfortable with ambiguity, and has the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.-Fluent in spoken and written English.-Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, Gong for customer and prospect engagement, Salesforce CRM
Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience in HR Tech, recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR industry.-Familiarity with Amplemarket, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.-Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
