Join TeamViewer as a Support Escalation Engineer and deliver excellent customer and technical service experience to 1E customers, partners, and technical community. Resolve incidents, investigate new or existing issues, and develop detailed knowledge of current and future 1E products and Microsoft technologies.

Requirements

  • Self-learn and absorb training courses quickly
  • Creative and adaptable to changing processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies
  • Knowledge in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Knowledge in Windows Server Enterprise environments
  • Knowledge in virtualisation technologies HyperV
  • IIS Configuration and Troubleshooting
  • T-SQL, Basic queries
  • Scripting basics
