The Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization at Microsoft is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues. This is a flexible, 100% remote position allowing for a career of growth in a customer-focused role. The role combines technical skills with excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and Microsoft products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
