Location:
You will work with modern outbound and automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Salesforge, and similar platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role requiring strong ownership and persistence.
Building targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead databases.
Generating120–150 qualified leads per day, aligned with the ICP.
Launching and managing multichannel outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp).
Pitching “recycled / ready-to-hire” talent profiles via outbound messaging and calls.
Booking10–15 meetings per monththrough outbound campaigns.
Following up consistently across channels to maximise response and conversion.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a B2B outbound SDR or Lead Generation Specialist
- Proven experience planning and executing outbound campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound tools (Snov.io, Salesforge, or similar).
- Confidence with cold calling and persistent follow-up.
- English level C1 or higher.
- Highly organised, metrics-driven, and execution-focused.
- Experience in: HR / recruitment / staffing / EOR / outsourcing sales
- Experience with Zoho CRM
- Familiarity with automation workflows: (Zapier / Make.com
- scraping/enrichment processes
