Position Description: Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote, PH
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Australian sales team by owning the end-to-end top-of-funnel process—from lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to cold calling and shortlisting Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
This role is ideal for an SDR who is comfortable doing both research-heavy prospecting and high-quality outbound calling, and who understands how to qualify opportunities before endorsing them to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Research (Sales Navigator)
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator daily to source, research, and build targeted lead lists for the Australian market
- Apply advanced search filters and Boolean logic to identify ideal customer profiles
- Identify decision-makers and buying committee members within target accounts
- Maintain and update lead lists based on engagement, relevance, and feedback
Outbound Outreach & Cold Calling
- Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and emails
- Conduct cold calling as the primary qualification channel
- Deliver clear, confident messaging tailored to Australian prospects
- Handle objections professionally and guide conversations toward discovery
CRM, Reporting & Data Accuracy
- Log all activities, call notes, and outcomes accurately in CRM
- Ensure lead status and qualification details are up to date
- Track performance metrics including lead-to-SQL conversion rates
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with the AU sales team to align on ICP, messaging, and qualification criteria
- Participate in call reviews, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins
- Share insights on objections, market feedback, and lead quality
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales professional
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation
- Proven ability to conduct cold calls and discovery conversations
- Experience supporting Australian or international markets
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working AU business hours or with consistent overlap
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
