Manager, Engineering

At Sysdig, we believe cloud security isn't a compromise - it's a promise. We're looking for a Manager, Engineering to lead a team developing performance testing frameworks and utilities to ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with performance automation tools such as Locust, Jmeter, K6.
• Programming skills in Python, Golang or Java with a focus on developing performance tooling.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and experience working with these platforms.
• Demonstrated ability in using profiling tools to identify performance issues.
• Knowledge in Observability and Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry,...)
• Ability to collaborate effectively across global time zones
• Strong project tracking capabilities with the ability to drive initiatives forward, maintain strategic direction, and manage a team
