Senior AI Engineer (fluent English, part-time)

We are in need of a seasoned, self-driven Senior AI Engineer to join us part-time. You'll be responsible for building cutting-edge AI-powered solutions, collaborating with teams, and driving projects from concept to launch.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in data engineering and 1+ year in AI
• Expertise building scalable data pipelines and platforms (Spark, S3, Databricks, Snowflake)
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI systems, particularly RAG and memory-focused architectures
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and techniques — foundation models, vector databases, prompt engineering, system evaluation
• Strong knowledge of data architecture patterns (medallion, STAR), incremental ingestion, and data quality assurance
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end and work independently
• Ownership-driven mindset, eagerness to learn, adapt, and ship results quickly in a fast-paced environment
