We are seeking a Senior AI Web App & Automation Developer to lead the creation of internal tools and automations that leverage artificial intelligence to increase efficiency across our organization.

Requirements

Senior-level experience: Extensive experience (5+ years) in software development, with a focus on AI-driven applications and workflow automation.
Web app development: Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages. Expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including experience with Node.js and Next.js.
AI and ML proficiency: Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts. Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI GPT-4), familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, and knowledge of vector databases and prompt engineering best practices.
Workflow automation: Experience building or automating complex workflows and processes. Familiarity with integration/automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and the ability to create custom scripts or connectors as needed.
API integration: Solid experience integrating with third-party services and RESTful APIs, and building scalable backend services to connect data across systems.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document your work clearly.
Problem-solving: Self-motivated, creative problem solver who stays up-to-date with emerging technologies and can quickly learn new tools or frameworks. A passion for leveraging AI to improve business processes is a must.
