Requirements
- Excellent Spanish and English communication skills (at least C1, both written and spoken)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support role
- Technical background is a must
- Basic troubleshooting experience is a must
- Great communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
