A highly skilled Lead Blockchain Engineer is sought to develop Superduper's advanced platform for cross-chain payment and trading solutions. The role involves designing and deploying innovative solutions to address Web3 challenges and constructing a foundational blockchain capable of supporting rapid and efficient transactions.

Requirements

7+ years of software development experience
3 years relevant to blockchain engineering
Proven track record of technical leadership within a close knit team
Ability to manage the full SDLC
Fluent in a range of languages, including Typescript & Go
Experience working with complex distributed systems
Strong understanding of L1 and L2 architectures
Familiarity with Zero-Knowledge Proof systems
Expertise in foundational blockchain elements
Proficient in smart contract development across EVM chains and Solana
Experience deploying into Kubernetes clusters
Experience with building and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines
Experience scaling SQL and NoSQL databases
Experienced in event driven architecture design
Proven track record of collaborating with teams cross-functional outside of engineering and product
Comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity in a startup-like environment
