We're Steadily, an insurance technology company specializing in landlord insurance. We were founded in 2020 by a team of insurance experts and rental property investors who understood the frustrations landlords faced with traditional insurance. The idea for Steadily was actually sparked by our CEO, Darren Nix, when he had a comically difficult time getting insurance for his first rental property. After we launched, he became our first customer, which really helped us empathize with the challenges our clients face because we are them. Our mission is to provide a modern, high-quality insurance experience for rental property owners across the United States.

We've invested significantly in technology to make the insurance process fast, affordable, and straightforward. Our goal is to allow someone to come to our platform and purchase comprehensive landlord insurance in minutes, not days or weeks. We're proud to serve the 18 million individual rental property owners who collectively own the majority of single-family rentals in the U.S. We understand their unique needs and have built a mobile-first, direct-to-consumer platform that offers a seamless experience from quote request to claim resolution. We're not just about a slick online interface, though. For those who prefer a human touch, our team of dedicated sales agents, located across the country, offers both localized and national expertise for a wide variety of rental property types and portfolio sizes. We're committed to being accessible on whichever platforms our customers prefer, including SMS, email, phone, and messenger chat. We're dual headquartered in Austin, Texas, and Overland Park, Kansas, and are backed by a strong group of investors who believe in our vision to remake the insurance segment for landlords.
