As an Influencer and Affiliate Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns and managing our affiliate marketing program. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales through partnerships with influencers and affiliates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers in our industry.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
- Recruit new affiliates and manage existing relationships to expand our affiliate network.
- Provide affiliates with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively promote our products/services.
- Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular performance reports.
- Implement strategies to increase affiliate engagement and drive conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Coordinate content creation efforts with influencers and affiliates to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Leverage user-generated content and testimonials to enhance brand credibility and authenticity.
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing,
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer landscape
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
