We are hiring a Sr. Solution Consultant to partner with field teams and design, demonstrate, and prove the value of ServiceNow's AI platform. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical depth and consultative expertise.
Requirements
- 2+ years in technical consulting, solution engineering, or customer facing technical roles
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into the work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Strong technical background in data engineering with hands-on experience with data ingestion tools, ETL processes, data modeling, storage solutions, and analytics platforms
