Sprinklr is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams in driving strategic engagements with enterprise clients. As a Solutions Consultant at Sprinklr, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them create and implement solutions that leverage Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform to deliver measurable business outcomes across marketing, social, and customer experience functions.
Requirements
- Experience as a Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineer with experience in a role at a SaaS company working with Enterprise clients
- Strategic thinker with experience in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting
- Guiding prospects and customers through structured problem solving and value realization frameworks and helping clients innovate and transform their customer experiences
- Familiar with platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, Business Intelligence and CCaaS, as well as integrations between systems
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from C-suite to practitioner, with strong storytelling and presentation skills
