Location:
- Microsoft & Azure Administration
- Manage Azure resources including Virtual Machines, VNets, Storage Accounts, Resource Groups, Automation Accounts, and Runbooks.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including user lifecycle management, security configurations, and AD/Entra ID synchronization.
- Oversee Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance policies, and application deployment.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
- Migrate data and workloads from on-premises environments to Azure and SharePoint.
- Windows Server & On-Prem Infrastructure
- Install, harden, and maintain Windows Server environments based on organizational standards.
- Manage Active Directory objects, organizational units, group policies, DNS, and DHCP.
- Perform file server permissions management and access control.
- Execute backup and restore operations (Axcient or similar platforms).
- Prepare and apply OS updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Virtualization & Storage
- Configure and manage Hyper-V clusters, Nutanix environments, and VMware hosts.
- Perform daily health checks, VM provisioning, datastore management, and ESXi updates.
- Technical Support & Operations
- Troubleshoot server, network, and application issues across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Provide remote support to users and leadership, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Document configuration standards, processes, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades.
- 5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a Level 3 or senior support role in an MSP environment.
- Strong understanding of Azure administration, resource deployment, and cloud migration.
- Expertise in Windows Server OS, AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, Nutanix, VMware).
- Knowledge of backup systems, server recovery, and data migration.
- Ability to interact professionally with end users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
- Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
