Rise is a next-generation calendar that helps find time for what’s important.

We set out to build a company that helps teams make the most of their time. Why? Because time is the most valuable asset we can spend only once. Becoming more aware of the fact that we have limited time is one of our key beliefs. And, not coincidentally, the central point in Rick’s bestselling book.

What we believe

Work improves the world. Getting better at it speeds it up. The way we work is the infrastructure that indirectly touches every single thing you interact with on a daily basis. Companies, institutes and governments are all made by people doing amazing things. It’s our mission to make it drastically easier to do important work.

Here's the catch.

One billion knowledge workers are able to spend just 39%* of their time on their real work. The other time is filled with talking about the work over email, internal communication and collaboration, and tracking down crucial information. Let that sink in for a second.

At Rise we believe work should and can be completely transformed so millions of people can spend their valuable time doing the work instead of talking about the work. Think about all those unbuilt products, untried experiments and unrealized plans. Simply because it was hard to lock in a time to meet, or because time was wasted on something completely irrelevant.

We have a ton of ideas how a digital product, paired with leading ideas from scientific research can drastically lower the barrier for great work. That product should feel effortless when you're using it. The engine behind should feel highly personal, instant and dependable. And for that we're looking for people that are sharing a passion for building fantastic products and are willing to join us on that journey.
