We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communication-driven Sales & Customer Success Representative to support both new business outreach and ongoing client success.
Requirements
- Proactively reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and text
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain organized communication
- Qualify opportunities and coordinate next steps with internal team members
- Manage day-to-day communication with existing clients
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure clients are satisfied and supported
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve client issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, updates, and follow-ups
- Act as a reliable point of contact between prospects, clients, and internal teams
