About the Role
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent client communication, managing status updates, and ensuring homeowners receive timely information about their projects. Key Responsibilities
- Provide status updates to clients regarding their roofing or repair projects.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications and project updates.
- Coordinate with project managers and office staff to ensure accurate client information.
- Organize and update digital files, reports, and contact lists.
- Support administrative tasks and follow up on open items as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (clear and neutral accent required).
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Previous customer service experience preferred (construction, repair, or service industry experience a plus).
