The Red Hat Partnership and Alliances team is looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager focused on the development and growth of our Mexico accounts to join us in Mexico City, Mexico.
In this role, you’ll focus on managing and growing our share of business through working with the existing partners and expanding and enriching the partners portfolio to capture additional business opportunities. You'll define and implement initiatives with partners to ensure growth along with finding, recruiting, and enabling new partners in this rapidly growing market-space.
As a Senior Partner Account Manager, you will work to create activities and processes that promote Red Hat's offerings, develop and further grow our successful partner ecosystem, along with encouraging new partners to adopt and promote our services and solutions. We’ll expect you to have experience in solution selling, value proposition creation, and justification, including return on investment (ROI) calculation, B2B scenarios formulation, as well as proven experience finding public sector accounts and management and a solid understanding of the channels landscape.
What you will do:
Manage the full end to end process for a set of partners to develop the business in your territory
Meet the strategic objectives, go-to-market, and booking growth with your named partners
Create and develop a business plan that generates a long lasting relationship
Work with the Enterprise and Commercial Sales teams, and also Marketing teams to identify and develop new business opportunities through pipeline generation
Support management forecasts, close deals, record sales activity, and track customer data using company standard systems and tools
Develop long-term solutions with partners that require the embedding of Red Hat technology
Provide follow up activities to support Red Hat marketing campaigns
Foster a team culture and share best practices.
Set and conduct a regular cadence of reviews with your partners portfolio to secure the continuous communication, quality, and synched delivery and key performance indicator (KPI) overachievement.
Serve as the point of contact for partner communication and escalation
What you will bring:
Solutions selling experience ranging from the understanding of the end-customer industry scenario to their specific needs and problems, to the value proposition creation and justification, including ROI calculation, through the partners solution based on Red Hat products and technologies
Motivated and practical; ability to work with partners as well as with a broad range of internal stakeholders
Proven experience in entering new markets or significantly growing an existing market on an accelerated curve with a partner focused approach
Experience in managing and leading solutions providers and system integrators, including a sound understanding of how to successfully enable sell with and sell through activities
Passion for success; team player, who wants to be part of a growing successful business and channels team
8+ years of experience in international sales and business development in a partner ecosystem as public sector experience as well
