Role Overview
A healthcare-focused organization is seeking an ERP Systems Associate to support data-driven decision-making across supply chain and procurement functions. This role focuses on analyzing ERP and operational data to identify cost savings, optimize purchasing strategies, and improve overall supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare supply chain environments, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze purchasing and supply chain data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvements.
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals through cost/benefit analysis and spend insights.
  • Utilize benchmark data to identify savings opportunities and track progress against targets.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking for system-wide initiatives.
  • Administer reporting mechanisms to monitor supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
  • Support diversity reporting programs by tracking supplier spend and classification within ERP systems.

ERP & Data Management

  • Leverage ERP systems to extract, validate, and analyze clinical, financial, and operational data.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting outputs.
  • Maintain knowledge of ERP functionality to support reporting and analytics requirements.

Stakeholder Support

  • Provide analytical support to supply chain teams and local markets for custom reporting needs.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
  • Assist teams in identifying productivity improvements and cost optimization opportunities.

Process Improvement

  • Document methodologies and processes used in data analysis to ensure repeatability and transparency.
  • Enhance data collection, compilation, and reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare supply chain or a similar industry.
  • Hands-on experience using or supporting ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology, supply products, and procurement processes.

Preferred:

  • Experience with product classification systems such as UNSPSC, UPN, or GTIN.
  • Additional experience in healthcare environments or shared services organizations.


Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
