The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Associate Pricing Analyst will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

It is imperative that weare able torespond to pricing requests within 24 hoursso that weare able tomeet ourcustomers’expectations.For thisrole,the expectation will be a quicker turnaround as this role will be dedicatedto handlingpricingsupport requests.
PricingAccuracy
Must beaccuratein their assessment of thecustomer price based on the customer contract termsand specific servicerequiring pricing
Tasks summary:
Pricing Analyst will beworking out of the Pricing Team’s shared email box to handle all pricing BAU requestsfor both the Enterprise and REIT business units
For eachpricing requestthe pricing analysthandles, the pricing analyst will:
Thoroughly review thepricing request andprovide the requester with new pricing based on the customer account, current margin, service type, etc.
Timely responses toeach request to ensure that pricing is provided to address the customer’s needs.
Provideaccuratepricingin accordance withthe pricing support SOPdocument.
Escalate potential issues and questions to a senior member of the pricing team
Respond positively and have excellent communication withinternal stakeholders.
Provide updates to the pricing team during team meetings
Additional Job Requirements
Education: College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, and Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of Financial or Pricing Analyst, or any related roles.
Experienced and comfortable managing large data sets and creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word and Outlook.
Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
