Sales Support Coordinator to support Account Managers and the Marketing team by handling sales follow-ups, CRM maintenance, contracts, and social outreach for lead generation.
Requirements
- Assist Account Managers with sales follow-ups and reminders
- Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring deals, contacts, and notes are accurate
- Track and manage contracts and sales-related documentation
- Keep pipelines updated and organized
- Update and maintain lead, contact, and deal records in HubSpot
- Identify and clean duplicate or incomplete records
- Ensure CRM data stays current and reliable
- Execute social outreach on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms
- Support marketing-led social selling and lead generation efforts
- Engage with prospects and route interested leads to the sales team
- Send follow-up emails and messages to prospects as needed
- Support inbound leads and ensure timely handoff
- Work closely with sales and marketing to keep workflows aligned
